Terms of use

Effective

These terms apply to your use of seouch.com, including the SEO audit, the free tools, the reports and the content on the site (together, "the service"). The service is operated by Seouch ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

Seouch is an automated tool that fetches publicly available web pages and related files, runs checks against them and reports the results, together with explanations and suggested fixes. Some data comes from third-party sources, such as Google PageSpeed Insights, Open PageRank and DataForSEO. The service is free to use. We may add, change, limit or withdraw features at any time.

2. No guarantees

Audit results, scores and recommendations are automated and informational. In particular:

Check important changes with your own judgement or a qualified professional before you make them, and keep backups.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only in line with these rules:

We may block requests, refuse audits or suspend access if we believe these rules are being broken.

4. Reports and links

Each audit has a report link. Anyone who has a report link can view the free part of the report, and full reports are unlocked with a signed link or cookie. Share report links with care. Reports are deleted 90 days after the audit. We may use audit results in aggregated, anonymized form, for example to publish statistics about common issues, without identifying any site or person.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its software, design, text, guides, scoring methodology and the Seouch name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short extracts of our content with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site without our permission.

You may freely use the fixes and snippets the tools generate for your own sites and your clients' sites, such as title suggestions, robots.txt lines, structured data or llms.txt drafts. You are responsible for checking them before you use them.

You keep any rights you have in what you submit. You allow us to use it to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.

6. Expert reviews

Asking for an expert review creates no obligation on either side. If you later decide to buy any service, it will be covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

7. Third-party sites and services

The service links to and relies on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, rankings, traffic, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the service and its results, including making sure you are entitled to assess the sites you submit. If your breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page, and the new terms apply from then on. We may suspend or end access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live still apply.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms: hello@seouch.com or the contact page.
